Other Stuff

The girls were digging around in the garden when I got home from work, so I asked what they were doing. “We’re diggin’ mashed potatoes” cried Megan cheerfully.

Jaime was drawing an igloo, and talking about her work. “It’s a cabin where exmo’s live!”

Snuggling up to Mama while eating out, Jaime says, “We’re friends… we’re available to each other, aren’t we?”

Jaime: “Peter is crying because his sister just died from choking on a rock!” (Peter is her prized teddy bear)

Mama: “It really got cold today!”
Jaime: “Yea, it’s twenty five miles an hour outside! That’s cold!”

Jaime and Esther were chatting, and I overheard the younger say to the elder, “This blue stuff is your brains!”, to which the elder (correctly) replied, “No, no, it’s your veins!”

The girls have a pet turtle named “Paint” who needs to go back out to the wild today. The turtle is in the bathtub at the moment. We have a family of three girls. Go figure. Is this why we don’t have any boys?
