{"id":240,"date":"2008-04-14T15:46:28","date_gmt":"2008-04-14T19:46:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pdweaver.com\/blog\/?p=240"},"modified":"2008-04-14T18:56:51","modified_gmt":"2008-04-14T22:56:51","slug":"home-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/pdweaver.com\/blog\/?p=240","title":{"rendered":"Home again &#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-241\" href=\"http:\/\/pdweaver.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=241\" title=\"img_7910.JPG\"><\/a>We landed on Saturday evening at 4:30pm after two rough flights from San Pedro Sula to Houston and then on to Washington Dulles.\u00c2\u00a0 We piled into our van, which drove like a Cadillac, and\u00c2\u00a0began the\u00c2\u00a0trip home.\u00c2\u00a0 We made a few stops, including supper in VA, where PD&#8217;s brother Motz met us briefly on his way to visit friends and make a business trip to OH.\u00c2\u00a0 It was great to see him again.\u00c2\u00a0 We also stopped at least once because everybody was fit for only one thing &#8230; sleep!\u00c2\u00a0 We arrived home at 2:15 am.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Our beds were appreciated more than usual that day!\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Thank-you, Lord, for a very good time in Honduras.\u00c2\u00a0 It feels right to be back with family in NC, but we sure do miss our family in Erandique.\u00c2\u00a0 On the way home, Esther remarked to me, &#8220;I&#8217;m so sad that we left all our friends in Honduras.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;m not even happy that we are going home.&#8221;\u00c2\u00a0 Is that how a 7-yr-old expresses culture shock?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0I&#8217;ll share some of our pics with you here &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pdweaver.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/img_7910.JPG\" alt=\"img_7910.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Girlies in the bamboo tree &#8230;
