I’ve chosen this day to finally post something in the beautiful blog my hubby constructed.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0I like to\u00c2\u00a0write when I am inspired,\u00c2\u00a0which is usually late at night.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 And then I would much rather be\u00c2\u00a0snuggled in bed with my sweetheart. \u00c2\u00a0 If you had asked me 6 hours ago if\u00c2\u00a0I would post tonight, I would have declared “NO”.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0This was a day when I felt tested from every angle … those days are rare because life is very sweet here, so if we do have a day like that, it is a very good\u00c2\u00a0time for evaluation of my attitudes and responses.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m afraid I didn’t do excellently\u00c2\u00a0today, but\u00c2\u00a0the Lord caught my tears\u00c2\u00a0earlier this evening after the children were in bed.\u00c2\u00a0 PD\u00c2\u00a0was laboring long and hard over our new water heater installation, and had to leave briefly to\u00c2\u00a0look for some pipe fittings.\u00c2\u00a0 By that time, I was REALLY wanting to meet with the Lord, and NEEDING it.\u00c2\u00a0 As\u00c2\u00a0He always is, He\u00c2\u00a0heard my cries and came to my rescue, forgiving, cleansing, and filling me once again.\u00c2\u00a0 So, of course, I am inspired, because of His love.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m so thankful that His grace\u00c2\u00a0ALWAYS exceeds my weakness.\u00c2\u00a0 Perhaps my little 3yr. old sensed\u00c2\u00a0Mama’s need as good as anyone today when she asked me a most unusual question.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0We were having some one-on-one time after an offense on her part, and she looked up at me and said, “Is\u00c2\u00a0Mama away?”\u00c2\u00a0 Well, thank the Lord, He brings us back when we are\u00c2\u00a0‘away’!<\/p>\n
On the lighter side, I just want everyone to\u00c2\u00a0know how deeply blest I am.\u00c2\u00a0 I have the best husband in the world.\u00c2\u00a0 I love him more as each year goes by.\u00c2\u00a0 We are almost\u00c2\u00a0ready to celebrate our 7th anniversary.\u00c2\u00a0 I am amazed that I can keep loving him more, but I\u00c2\u00a0am more grateful to God as\u00c2\u00a0our life together continues and I see just how carefully God\u00c2\u00a0planned and blessed our union.\u00c2\u00a0 His little girls are just as fond of him as me, as seen by the sparkle in their eyes as they race to him for hugs and kisses when he leaves for work, or on his arrival home; or how they love to be with him every chance\u00c2\u00a0they get.\u00c2\u00a0 Why, I could hardly find anyone willing to go with\u00c2\u00a0me to the chiropractor yesterday, since Daddy was working on the goat shed at home.\u00c2\u00a0 Everybody wanted to be with him.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m so blessed by the way he takes time to build relationships with them.\u00c2\u00a0 May God reward him 10 years from now with\u00c2\u00a0teenage girls\u00c2\u00a0whose loyalties are with their\u00c2\u00a0Daddy, and who love to please him!\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00c2\u00a0As for those little girls, I would certainly have to say they bring much sweetness to life.\u00c2\u00a0 They are 6, 3, and 1 now, and each stage has its own unique charm.\u00c2\u00a0 Esther is so busy learning and being creative, as well as figuring things out about relationships with others, and trying to convince me that I’m going to have another baby soon.\u00c2\u00a0 Jaime is at a very fun, and sometimes embarrassing stage where ideas are forming in that little brain and then being expressed most innocently.\u00c2\u00a0 We certainly enjoy her.\u00c2\u00a0 Megan, our one-year-old is still a baby and full of smiles and affection for everybody around her.\u00c2\u00a0 I would like to hang on to her babyhood, but we do enjoy all the new words she keeps trying out.\u00c2\u00a0 She has been a joy to train so far.\u00c2\u00a0 She understands and respects the word “No” quite well.\u00c2\u00a0 Her favorite person outside of sisters, Daddy, and Mama must surely be her “Daudy”. They seem to have a kindred spirit besides looking alike.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
I guess that will be all for this time.\u00c2\u00a0 Please pardon the time.\u00c2\u00a0 I promise I’m usually in bed by this time.\u00c2\u00a0 Perhaps that is why this blog has had little to show for on my part!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
